International Pharm company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence on business partners (suppliers, distributors, KOLs)
  • Assess internal controls for anti-corruption and fraud prevention
  • Review contracts and documents for compliance with policies and regulations
  • Manage compliance risks and report violations
  • Support internal/external investigations with audit and legal teams
  • Train employees on compliance policies and Code of Conduct
  • Contribute to development of global/regional compliance policies
  • Participate in Compliance Committee meetings and risk reviews

Requirements :

  • University degree in Law or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in legal or compliance functions
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
