Описание вакансии ЖИЗНЬ  ACS  БРОКЕРА Формирование вашего собственного списка потенциальных клиентов, посредством изучения нашей базы данных, веб-сайтов, LinkedIn и trade press и т. д. Проактивное таргетирование вашего списка через исходящие звонки по продажам, электронную почту и визиты (как личные, так и виртуальные) и конвертация их из потенциальных клиентов в клиентов ACS. Выстраивание отношений с Грузовыми Операторами для обеспечения доступа к самому широкому спектру воздушных судов, доступных для предоставления решений нашим клиентам Поддерживать отношения с клиентами для обеспечения повторного бизнеса Работа по достижению целевых показателей продаж и достижению финансовых целей Умение продемонстрировать экспертное понимание воздушного судна и чартерного процесса Управление бронированием чартеров от запроса до завершения Прием входящих запросов на срочные чартеры практически 24/7 Представлять клиентам цены, определенные заранее, демонстрируя хорошую деловую предприимчивость Просмотр полетов/наблюдение за вылетами рейсов (это может быть внеурочное время) Требования к квалификации НАШИ ОЖИДАНИЯ ОТ КАНДИДАТОВ Способность адаптироваться к ситуациям и быстро находить решения Трудолюбие и гибкость, ведь эта профессия не просто 9-5 Исключительные коммуникативные навыки - свободное владение английским языком является преимуществом Навыки решения сложных задач и ведения переговоров Умение работать с KPI и целевыми показателями   Сильная устойчивость к внешним воздействиям и способность работать под давлением Должен иметь возможность часто и по первому требованию выезжать в командировки Дополнительная информация   Ч ТО МЫ ПРЕДЛАГАЕМ Конкурентоспособная заработная плата и щедрые комиссионные вознаграждения 24-дневный ежегодный отпуск Частная система здравоохранения и пенсионное обеспечение Возможности карьерного роста с соответствующим ростом базового оклада Дружелюбная, веселая и захватывающая среда, в окружении одних из лучших в отрасли
