Salary: 150’000 - 190,000 KZT per month

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated, smart, and ambitious individual, ideally a recent graduate with a technical background (engineering, automation, instrumentation, or related fields). This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, from administration to market research and marketing strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in General Manager administrative and operational tasks
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support in procurement and supply chain coordination
• Assist in marketing strategy development and content creation
• Communicate with partners and clients as needed
• Handle document management and basic reporting

What You Need:

• Degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, Business, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of marketing or supply chain is a plus
• Fluency in Russian and English (minimum B2)
