BeyimTech – казахстанский стартап, занимающийся разработкой образовательных технологий с использованием искусственного интеллекта (EdTech+AI).

Что нам важно в соискателе?

  • Опыт работы в технической поддержке или клиентском сервисе от 3 лет.
  • Опыт руководства командой от 1 года (супервайзер, тимлид или аналогичные позиции).
  • Глубокое понимание процессов поддержки пользователей и SLA.
  • Навыки работы с системами управления заявками (например, Zendesk, Jira, Freshchat).
  • Опыт анализа и построения отчетности по метрикам поддержки (CSAT, CES, NPS).
  • Знание принципов работы с обратной связью и улучшения пользовательского опыта (Customer Experience).

Какие профессиональные навыки важны на этой должности?

  • Уверенные знания работы с аналитическими инструментами (например, Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Владение инструментами коммуникации (MS Teams, WhatsApp etc.).
  • Понимание основ IT-инфраструктуры и базовых технических понятий (API, баз данных, платформы SaaS).
  • Опыт автоматизации процессов в поддержке, включая написание инструкций и создание базы знаний.

Что будет входить в ваши задачи?

  • Руководство командой поддержки: распределение задач, контроль качества выполнения.
  • Настройка и оптимизация процессов поддержки, в том числе автоматизация.
  • Обучение и развитие сотрудников.
  • Проведение вебинаров для пользователей.
  • Построение и анализ отчетности по работе поддержки.
  • Работа с обратной связью: сбор, анализ, внедрение улучшений на основе данных.
  • Участие в стратегическом планировании и улучшении клиентского сервиса.
