Описание

Цель и общая значимость для организации:   Лидировать выполнение миссии адидас - быть лучшим спортивным брендом на рынке Казахстана и соседних стран, в том числе повышать - популярность бренда среди целевых аудиторий, показатели поиска, трафика в физические магазины и онлайн, долю рынка.   Основные обязанности: Создание и реализация общей стратегии бренд-коммуникаций с помощью кампаний по продуктам и бренд-активностей, основываясь на глобальной стратегии бренда. Эффективное планирование и распределение маркетинг бюджета для выполнения поставленных на год задач. Поддержка коммерческих команд в привлечении трафика в физические магазины бренда. Определение направления для подписания ключевых атлетов и сообществ в тесном сотрудничестве с командой спорт маркетинга. Управление агентством, включая инструктаж и сроки.  Установление связей и контактов со стратегическими партнерами , включая пространства и лица по всему региону. Календарное планирование и четкая дорожная карта результатов работы партнеров, включая прогнозирование и обеспечение бюджета . Управление инфлюенсерами: оплата и свободный доступ на ежедневной основе + работа по кампаниям  Маркетинг тренды: работа с инструментами и командами по будущему планированию трендов и разработка гибких планов реагирования, позволяющих быстро выполнять их в ключевых торговых зонах.  Регулярная отчетность в соответствии с шаблоном бренда Ответственность за (юридически) правильное использование товарных знаков и логотипов adidas.   Ключевые показатели эффективности: Доля поиска относительно других брендов категории (share of search) Доля рынка  (market share) Продажи на рынке против плана Прямой потребительский трафик и конверсия.   Ключевые отношения:  Команды каналов в регионе Бренда команда в Казахстане и более широком регионе EMC   Основные требования: Высшее образование в области связей с общественностью и маркетинга. Не менее 5 лет релевантного управленческого опыта в маркетинге и бренд менеджменте. Свободное владение английским языком. Сильные аналитические навыки, data driven и fact based подход в принятии решений. Лидерство и управление стейкхолдерами. Высокая степень сотрудничества, нывыки влияния, переговоров, коммуникации.
