With Us, You Will Be Responsible
- Responsible countries will be Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. (1000+ Employee).
- Will be managing Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan HR teams (excluding payroll).
- The selection and talent acquisition processes management of country head offices, offices, warehouses and store management roles with recruitment team.
- Managing all training and development activities, including training analysis, some internal trainings with the training and development team.
- Managing performance management system and 360’ evaluations in the countries together with performance management and employee relation specialist and hr specialists.
- Employee relation activities (disciplinary actions, labor law applications related for hiring and exit processes, employee engagement, motivation etc.)
- Leading or contributing to HR-related projects and participating in process improvement projects
- Developing and managing the company’s employer branding.
- Being pro-active with the ability to prioritize, work with minimal control and direction and above all be able to communicate effectively with senior managers and staff at all levels.
- Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions.
- Working closely with functional and administrative managers to forecast hiring needs.
The Candidate We Are Looking For
- University Degree in a relevant field
- Advanced in English (both written & verbal)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar background preferably international recruiting experience, minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Experienced in competency-based interviews
- Experienced in project management
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment
- Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
- Assessment Center (AC) experience is plus.
