We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute customer growth strategies in collaboration with territorial managers, ensuring long-term partnerships.Assess client reliability and creditworthiness while negotiating contracts and managing order processes.Oversee sales operations, including equipment selection, commercial offers, project execution, and customer support.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights and reports on sales opportunities and threats.Support technical training for customers and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in complex sales.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Higher education in a technical field with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within the mining industry.Proficiency in PC usage and sales-related software.Intermediate English proficiency (reading, translating technical literature, and spoken communication).Valid Category B driver’s license.Founded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
