We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.Key Responsibilities: Customer Strategy & Relationship Management: Develop customer growth strategies in collaboration with territorial managers and conduct joint planning sessions with key clients to align on vision, strategy, and goals.Sales Process & Order Management: Negotiate with customers, prepare sales forecasts and budgets, manage sales orders in SAP, and ensure timely updates in the Sales Force program.Technical & Project Support: Provide consultations on equipment selection, assist in large project completions, and support technical training for customers.Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, reporting on sales opportunities, threats, pricing, and marketing trends.Risk & Compliance Management: Assess client reliability and creditworthiness, handle customer complaints, and ensure compliance with company procedures and contract terms.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Higher professional degree in technical field;Advanced PC user;Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the mining industry, extensive experience in technical sales of equipment in the mining industry.Knowledge and experience in the mining industry.High level of analytical, planning and organizational skills.Founded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
