Мы ищем креативного и энергичного специалиста по маркетинговым активациям и мероприятиям, который будет организовывать и координировать наши события. В этой роли вы будете ответственны за планирование, реализацию и контроль мероприятий, направленных на продвижение бренда Red Bull.

Описание вакансии

  • Разработка концепций и планов мероприятий, соответствующих стратегии бренда.
  • Координация всех аспектов организации мероприятий, включая выбор площадок, управление подрядчиками, логистику и бюджетирование.
  • Сотрудничество с командой маркетинг для интеграции мероприятий в общую маркетинговую стратегию.
  • Обеспечение высокого уровня взаимодействия с участниками и гостями мероприятий.
  • Мониторинг и анализ эффективности мероприятий, подготовка отчетности и предложений по улучшению.
  • Управление командой волонтеров и временных сотрудников на мероприятиях.
  • Обеспечение соответствия мероприятий стандартам и ценностям бренда Red Bull.
  • Высокая экспертиза в спорте и опыт организации спортивных мероприятий.

Требования к квалификации

  • Знание локальных спортивных трендов, атлетов.
  • Интерес к спортивным событиям, которые проходят в Казахстане и за его пределами.
  • Навыки проектного менеджмента.
  • Опыт работы со спортивными организациями, федерациями, клубами.
  • Опыт работы с партнерами: поиск, интеграция в мероприятия, отчет о проделанной работе.
  • Способность работать в быстром темпе и адаптироваться к изменениям.
  • Отличные коммуникативные и межличностные навыки.
  • Креативность и внимательность к деталям.
  • Способность работать в команде и самостоятельно.
  • Готовность к частым командировкам и работе в нерабочее время.
  • Владение английским языком на уровне не ниже Intermediate.
  • Знание и страсть к бренду Red Bull будут преимуществом.
