Key Goals of the Role:

• Plays key supporting role in development, production, and deployment of global strategic initiative Foundational Solution.
• Interacts within key processes connected with main marketing streams of the Project: scientific based materials, SOP, diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Creating materials for assigned sections of PPS as needed.
• Market Research: Analyzing global and other market trends to identify best practices for PPS, focusing on areas like scientific marketing materials, SOPs, and diagnostic tools.
• External Collaboration: Working with external product experts, including administrative and financial support for these collaborations. This also includes managing the tender process for selecting service providers for PPS/FS needs.
• Forecasting & Inventory: Executing, analyzing, and verifying the PPS forecast process within company systems. Managing stock control for PPS initiatives.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly monitoring KPIs and preparing management reports on PPS activities using company systems.
• Budget Management: Participating in PPS budget planning, execution, processing, and analysis, including supplier communication.
• Technology Integration: Collaborating with the Technology team to integrate materials into Amway Start and the Amway website for effective PPS deployment.
