We’re expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager — someone who will become a trusted partner for our Enterprise-level clients, guide them through onboarding, and support their paid campaigns across platforms.
This is a role for someone who loves working directly with clients, understands performance marketing, and can combine communication, technical knowledge, and independent decision-making.
Enterprise client management
Build long-term relationships with Enterprise clients and act as their trusted advisor
Lead onboarding: explain product logic, walk clients through key steps, answer early-stage questions
Drive regular сlient performance reviews and commercial conversations
Resolve complex client issues in collaboration with internal teams
Operational excellence
Own operational processes related to Enterprise clients and ensure smooth execution across teams
Monitor internal workflows, identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
Help scale the Client Success function by improving documentation, playbooks and internal processes
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google and others) on escalations and partnership initiatives
Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver the best client experience
Support strategic initiatives and participate in launching new products and workflows
Data & business insights
Analyze client performance, commercial metrics and operational data
Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
Translate complex information into clear business actions
Team development
Share knowledge with teammates and support onboarding of new employees
Take ownership of internal initiatives and gradually develop leadership skills
Be ready to grow into a Team Lead role as the team expands
Professional
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, AdTech, media agencies or performance marketing
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (Meta, Google, TikTok or similar platforms)
Experience managing Enterprise or strategic clients
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and leading complex projects
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data in Excel / Google Sheets
Excellent English (C1/C2) and Russian (C1/C2)
Ability to balance commercial thinking with operational execution
