Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end procurement and contracting process for goods, services, and works.
Prepare and manage procurement plans, requisitions, tender packages, and contract documentation.
Develop contract strategies, evaluate bids, conduct commercial negotiations, and recommend contract awards.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and governance standards.
Coordinate contract execution, kick-off meetings, and ongoing communication with contractors and internal stakeholders.
Monitor contractor performance, KPIs, deliverables, schedules, costs, and compliance with contract terms.
Provide contractual and commercial support to Contract Holders throughout the contract lifecycle.
