Define and achieve strategic goals for supply chain and transportation network development.
Oversee corporate budget, P&L (Profit and Loss), and ROI (Return on Investment).
Build and lead the senior management team.
Provide overall oversight of company operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Represent the company's interests to partners and government authorities in Kazakhstan.
Drive business growth, innovation, and long-term value creation.
Report to the headquarters in Europe and Korea, ensuring adherence to corporate governance principles.
10+ years of experience in senior management positions in logistics, supply chain management, or freight forwarding, with a proven track record of business development and scaling.
Demonstrated success in driving companies to new levels of growth, increasing market share, or launching new business lines (experience in Kazakhstan or the Central Asian region is preferred).
Higher education — Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (MBA).
Strong financial acumen, crisis management experience, and knowledge of transportation legislation.
Solid understanding of the business environment in Kazakhstan: regulatory framework, business practices, and cooperation with government and private sector partners.
Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Fluent in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
