Описание

Обязанности:
  • Разработка стратегий и тактик для повышения осведомленности о бренде и привлечения квалифицированного трафика.
  • Управление собственными медиа-компанией, включая веб-сайты, мобильные приложения и email/CRM согласно маркетинговому календарю.
  • Обеспечение точного брифинга и реализации рекламных и промо-активностей (кампании, медиапланирование, POS-материалы, упаковка).
  • Эффективное управление маркетинговыми расходами.
  • Мониторинг маркетингового бюджета на квартальной и годовой основе, грамотное распределение средств.
  • Расширение собственных цифровых активов.
  • Предложение новых и креативных подходов для удержания клиентов, дополнительных продаж и перекрестных продаж для расширения клиентской базы.
  • Проведение исследований рыночных тенденций, аудитории бренда и конкурентов, а также анализ пути потребителя для повышения вовлеченности и конверсий.
  • Сбор и анализ информации о производительности продуктов через регулярные аудиты, рыночные исследования и международные сравнения.
  • Оценка и оптимизация маркетинговых и ценовых стратегий.
  • Управление персоналом маркетингового отдела и обеспечение их профессионального развития для улучшения маркетинговых активностей.
  • Разработка и внедрение успешных маркетинговых кампаний от идеи до выполнения и регулярное посещение магазинов для обеспечения правильного исполнения бренд-стратегий.
Требования:
  • Высшее образование в области маркетинга, финансов, бизнес-администрирования или смежных областей.
  • Английский язык - Upper Intermediate.
  • Более 5 лет опыта в маркетинге, из которых не менее 2 лет в управленческой должности.
  • Подтвержденный опыт в идентификации целевых аудиторий и разработке креативных и многоканальных маркетинговых кампаний.
