Job Purpose - Manager of field Auditors
Team management; KPI monitoring & compliance; Resource management (Hiring, interviews, resignation, related paperwork); Provide on-the-job training and ad-hoc coaching of Auditors; Hardware management (Device preparation for Auditors); Finance and expense management; Check-in and performance reviews; Auditor support (Phone, chat with auditors); Notifications and reminders; Visit planning activities/ Store visit re-assignments; Fieldwork Progress monitoring ; Auditors' utilization control; Conduct physical store check/control (including alternative checks during the extraordinary periods) if required by QCTA or other stakeholders; Panel controls; Special projects coordination and status; Store recruitment coordination and monitoring, and support in recruitment activity ; Provide support to internal and external clients field visits; Support Auditors on improving store collaboration.
Требования:
Experience in managing field staff
Proficiency in English, Kazakh, Russian language is required
Proficiency in collaboration tools (MS Office, Excel good level)
Effective communication with troubleshooting approach including probing and listening, anticipating and providing solutions
Professional maturity in relation to others and to work, which enable effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environment
Ability to come to an understanding of a situation, task, problem, opportunity
Fast learner
Willingness to work in multitask mode
