Мы ищем счастливых людей!

Обязанности:

  • Правовое сопровождение Товарищества в реализации инвестиционных проектов, включая оценку юридических рисков реализации проектов, участие в разработке контрактной стратегии, договоров различного типа (EPC, EPCM, контракты FIDIC);

  • мониторинг, обработка и анализ всей входящей и исходящей корреспонденции (протоколы, письма, технические решения, соглашения, договоры и т.д.);

  • выявление правовых рисков, несоответствий и нарушений подрядчиком при исполнении контрактов, договоров, соглашений, меморандумов;

  • контроль за исполнением заключенных договоров, соглашений, меморандумов с целью минимизации правовых рисков, составление карты (таблицы) правовых рисков, осуществление взаимодействия, переписки с заказчиками (инженерами), подрядчиками, поставщиками, структурными подразделениями Товарищества.

Требования:

  • Стаж практической работы с контрактами различного типа (EPC, EPCM, контракты FIDIC) не менее 2-х лет;
  • Опыт работы с международными финансовыми организациями (будет преимуществом);
  • Знание английского языка не ниже upper intermediate;
