For our branch in Atyrau we are looking for Quality Control Coordinator

Main Tasks

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct inspections and coordinate testing of materials and workmanship
• Prepare quality reports, NCRs, corrective actions, and audit documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and HSE requirements
• Manage QA/QC documentation and records
• Lead internal quality audits and support external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC Management experience in EPC Projects
• Strong knowledge of international construction standards and QA/QC procedures
• Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
