Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance against established baselines
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and project forecasts
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts on project delivery
• Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate planning and reporting
• Track project milestones, critical paths, and resource utilization
• Support project controls, cost monitoring, and change management processes
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and project control methodologies
• Experience in industrial, oil & gas, construction, or infrastructure projects is preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
