Описание

Обязанности:
  • Разработка и реализация бренд-стратегии, позиционирования и годового маркетингового плана
  • Управление развитием бренда и портфеля продуктов
  • Запуск новых продуктов (NPD) и управление жизненным циклом продукта
  • Разработка и реализация маркетинговых кампаний 360°
  • Подготовка брифов для креативных, digital и media агентств
  • Анализ рынка, конкурентов, потребительских трендов и эффективности бренда
  • Мониторинг ключевых KPI: SOM, NOPAT, EBITDA, Brand Health Indicators
  • Управление маркетинговым бюджетом и оценка ROMI
  • Координация кросс-функционального взаимодействия с отделами Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D
  • Подготовка презентаций, отчетности и рекомендаций для руководства
  • Контроль реализации бренд-стандартов и коммуникационных материалов
  • Поддержка региональных и локальных маркетинговых инициатив
Требования:
  • Высшее образование в области маркетинга, экономики или менеджмента
  • Опыт работы Brand Manager / Senior Brand Executive от 2–3 лет
  • Опыт запуска маркетинговых кампаний и новых продуктов
  • Навыки анализа данных, работы с Nielsen/retail audit/digital metrics будут преимуществом
  • Опыт взаимодействия с агентствами и подрядчиками
  • Сильные аналитические и коммуникационные навыки
  • Владение Excel и PowerPoint на продвинутом уровне
  • Английский язык — не ниже Intermediate
