Required total experience:

+10 years’ Engineering experience, preferrable to have experience on the Client Side

Higher professional education (Degree) / Diploma in related discipline

Preferrable to have experience on the Client Side

Experience in design stage

Knowledge of CNEX standard

Knowledge of Chinese and English is must

Chinese/English/Kazakh/Russian fluent

Job responsibilities:

Proficient in document flow rules between Owner, EPC Contractor, and Consultant under the FIDIC contract system

Manage and maintain all controlled company documents, update and control procedure documents and forms

Familiar with the full engineering document llifecycle

Create and manage document hierarchy and process systems

Take charge of all document identification, classification, and filing

Drafting, translation, and proofreading capabilities for commercial correspondence, technical specifications, meeting minutes, and compliance reports

Frequently conduct document audits confirming they are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence.

Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings and blueprints, are collected and registered in system.

Conform to company enforced specifications and document control procedures

Manage the flow of documentation within the organization

Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

Oversee document through its entire lifecycle (inception to archival)

Collaborate and communicate with managers and project leaders

Ensure adherence of project activities to company HSE policy & requirements. Responsible for complying with the requirements of the HSE management system

Responsible for demonstrating appropriate participation and involvement for the development of policy, objectives, hazard identifications, risk analysis, determination of operational controls, any changes that effect HSE system and involvement for incidents investigation where required
