О компании
RPS Asia - финтех-компания (часть холдинга АО ФХР), развиваем платежные решения, трансграничные переводы и цифровые продукты на международных рынках.

Что предстоит делать:

— Руководить юридической функцией и выстраивать процессы
— Сопровождать деятельность компании (договоры, сделки, партнерства)
— Работать с банками, платежными системами (Visa, Mastercard) и международными контрагентами
— Участвовать в выходе на новые рынки и анализе зарубежного законодательства
— Взаимодействовать с регуляторами и консультантами
— Оценивать юридические и регуляторные риски по продуктам

Мы ожидаем:

— Опыт в юриспруденции от 5 лет
— Опыт работы с международными договорами и партнерами
— Английский язык на уровне работы с договорами и переговорами
— Понимание финансового / корпоративного / договорного права

Будет плюсом:
— опыт в финтехе, банках или международном консалтинге

Важно для роли:

— Умение находить решения, а не только указывать на риски
— Способность быстро разбираться в новых юрисдикциях
— Структурное мышление и бизнес-ориентированность

Условия:

— График работы: с пн-пт. 09:00 до 18:00
— Влияние на развитие международного направления
— ДМС после 1 года работы в Компании
