Описание

Функциональные обязанности:

  • Разрабатывать, защищать и выполнять ежегодный мастер план бренда в соответствии с Среднесрочной Стратегией Бренда
  • Управлять бюджетом расходов для выполнения задач по бренду
  • Обеспечивать выполнение коммуникационной стратегии бренда
  • Предоставлять эффективные стратегии промо на потребителя, включая локальные промо активности
  • Контролировать стандарты бренда в области продукта, упаковки, цены, коммуникации и рекомендованных действий
  • Вести анализ рынка совместно с командой аналитиков, определяя инсайты и возможности роста для бренда/группы брендов
  • Инициировать проекты маркетинговых исследований для определения, понимания и отслеживания инсайтов и потребностей потребителей
  • Вести оценочный анализ бренда/активностей на постоянной основе и рекомендовать коррекционные действия
  • Осуществлять регулярные визиты «в поля» совместно с командами каналов и бизнес подразделений для глубокого понимания покупательского поведения и мотиваций целевых потребителей
  • Управлять внедрением ценовой стратегии совместно с командами каналов и продаж в бизнес подразделениях
  • Максимизировать узнаваемость бренда внутри компании

Требования:

  • Образование высшее (экономика, маркетинг), степень МВА приветствуется
  • Опыт работы в бренд маркетинге
