Responsibilities:
Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and administrative arrangements
Support procurement of office supplies and equipment
Maintain documentation, reports, and departmental records
Assist with budgeting and invoice processing
Coordinate internal communications and information sharing
Provide general administrative support to the department
Rquirements:
Higher education
Minimum 1 year of administrative or support experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
