Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction, and operations for offices, showrooms, and DC’s for adidas. This supports successful revenue growth, portfolio optimization, and the creation of great workplaces to attract and retain top talent globally. To ensure a successful and sustainable Portfolio, Workplaces collaborates with an extensive network of internal/external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value-added service.

In this role, you are responsible for the delivery of Workplace services and operations at the local adidas location. The role ensures the effective coordination and execution of workplace operations, service delivery and employee experience initiatives, maintaining high operational standards while contributing to a safe, compliant and engaging working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support day-to-day workplace operations and services to ensure a high-quality workplace environment for all employees and visitors.

• Manage and coordinate external service providers and contractors, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual agreements, service levels and adidas standards.

• Act as the local interface between adidas, landlords and external vendors to address workplace operational topics, maintenance activities and service improvements.

• Support preventative and reactive maintenance activities and ensure workplace assets, infrastructure and spaces are maintained to a high operational standard.

• Support the execution of small workplace projects, workspace improvements and office changes in coordination with regional Workplaces teams.

• Support the delivery of workplace engagement initiatives and activations that enhance the workplace experience and support the adidas culture.

• Collaborate with the local Health & Safety function to support compliance with applicable workplace, safety and environmental regulations.

• Support the implementation of workplace-related Energy, Environmental and sustainability initiatives in line with Integrated Management System (IMS) standards.

• Manage workplace procurement processes, including purchase order raising and invoice processing.

• Manage and monitor operational workplace budgets and service provider costs to ensure transparency and alignment with financial plans.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in the respective area (Workplace Management, Facilities Management, Office Management, Operations Management, Administrative Management)
