О позиции

Софтпром приглашает Enterprise Sales / Presales Manager для развития направления облачных решений в секторе Oil & Gas. Роль сочетает функции продаж и технического пресейла. Основная задача - привлечение и развитие крупных корпоративных клиентов, продажа облачных решений и сопровождение полного цикла сделки.

Обязанности

Продажи

  • Формирование и развитие портфеля Enterprise-клиентов в секторе Oil & Gas и др.

  • Самостоятельный поиск и привлечение новых заказчиков

  • Выход и ведение переговоров на уровне CIO, CTO, IT-директоров

  • Управление полным циклом сделки: от выявления потребности до подписания контракта

  • Подготовка и защита коммерческих предложений

  • Участие в тендерах и конкурсных процедурах

  • Выполнение квартального и годового плана продаж

Presales

  • Проведение технических презентаций облачных решений

  • Выявление бизнес-задач клиента и трансформация их в облачные решения

  • Организация и сопровождение пилотных проектов (PoC)

  • Расчет экономической эффективности (TCO, ROI)

  • Взаимодействие с технической командой и архитекторами

Требования

  • Опыт работы 3–6 лет в B2B-продажах IT или Cloud решений

  • Подтвержденный опыт работы с Enterprise-клиентами

  • Опыт участия в тендерах

  • Понимание архитектуры облачных решений

  • Навыки проведения переговоров и презентаций на уровне топ-менеджмента

  • Знание рынка Oil & Gas в РК

  • Английский язык — уровень не ниже Upper-Intermediate

  • Высшее образование (желательно в сфере IT или техническое)

Будет преимуществом:

  • Наличие сертификаций AWS, Google, Antropic

  • Опыт работы в системном интеграторе

  • Понимание специфики IT-инфраструктуры нефтегазовых компаний

KPI

  • Выполнение квартального и годового плана продаж

  • Заключение новых Enterprise-контрактов

  • Запуск пилотных проектов и их дальнейшая коммерциализация

  • Развитие существующих клиентов
