About this Position
Henkel is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join the ACM team in Almaty, Kazakhstan for Vehicle Repair and Maintenance business development and achieving territory sales target (Professional Adhesive Technologies / General Manufacturing & Maintenance Team).
This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the general industrial segment across Kazakhstan.

What you´ll do
- Development of the existing business and achievement of sales targets in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Providing technical support to end users (service stations, fleets, etc.) and distributors.
- Conducting product presentations, trainings, and demonstrations (online and offline).
- Searching for new customers, signing contracts, and maintaining existing ones.
- Introducing new products to the market.
- Using the CRM system (ACE) to manage projects and interact with customers.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Preparing weekly activity reports and sales forecasts.
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., customer support, logistics, marketing).
What makes you a good fit
- Secondary / specialized secondary / higher education (engineering/technical education is a plus).
- At least 2-5 years of B2B sales experience with professional end users and/or distribution sales model. Automotive aftermarket experience preferred.
- Valid Category B driver’s license and driving experience.
- Languages: fluent Russian, English – Strong Intermediate / Upper Intermediate level.
- Self-motivated and results-driven salesperson.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills with confident, professional communication across diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized and accountable, able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- This position involves frequent travel, including business trips up to 60% of the time.
