This is an outstanding opportunity to join our Sales Department as a Sales Category Manager. We are looking for an experienced professional with sales/in-store experience or a trade marketing background.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with local distributors to grow the P&G business in specific product categories/channels. You should have an in-depth understanding of consumers and competitors to identify relevant business opportunities and recommend tangible ideas. You will work with the local Kazakhstan Sales team, distributors, and P&G colleagues from the Moscow office. More specifically, you will:
Define P&G winning choices across channels and customers for your product categories
Be responsible for the creation & deployment of Shopper Based Design (SBD) planogram standards
Be accountable for delivering commercial plans within approved budget and strategy
Own transformation of Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) including execution of category growth vision, price, promo, portfolio, mix
Track promotion efficiency including ROI/cost-event analysis to ensure the best outcome for our in-market investment
Develop superior Go-to-Market strategy by channel and define differentiation needs, competitive landscape understanding, and key business dynamics
Support field Sales personnel of the distributor's organization
Contribute to stewardship function: ensure the best use of budgets by giving clear guidance on compliant spending

Monthly salary starting from 990 000 KZT gross

Job Qualifications
Higher education diploma
At least 2 years of work experience in FMCG, preferably in Sales/Key Account Management, Distributor Operations, Trade or Shopper Marketing roles
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
Strong knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Power BI would be considered a competitive advantage
Budget management experience would be considered an advantage
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills to identify business opportunities
Ability to handle complexity under time pressure while keeping the big picture in mind
Strong operational discipline and excellent communication skills
