On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior PPC Manager (Yandex Direct / Яндекс Директ) to take full ownership of paid acquisition — from campaign structure and keyword strategy to scaling and profitability.
In this role, you will manage complex accounts, large datasets, and significant budgets, directly impacting growth and revenue.
We’re looking for someone who deeply understands Search and RSYA (РСЯ), works confidently with CPA/ROAS strategies, knows how to scale while maintaining target CPL, and makes decisions based on data — not assumptions. If you think in terms of unit economics, testing, and performance, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
Set up, manage, and optimize Yandex.Direct campaigns (Search & Display)
Own full campaign lifecycle from launch to scaling
Monitor performance daily and keep CPL within KPI targets
Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, bids, and landing pages
Improve landing page CR in collaboration with product/design
Manage large advertising budgets
Optimize campaigns: negative keywords, placement clean-up, manual bidding where needed
Build media plans and performance reports
Track and control KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate
Deep understanding of auto-retargeting in Search and RSYA (РСЯ)
Strong knowledge of automated bidding strategies (CPA, ROAS)
Ability to maintain stable CPA while scaling spend
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
Excellent knowledge of Yandex.Metrica
Experience in the dating industry
Experience managing budgets from $100K+ per month
E-commerce experience
