Описание

Обязанности:
  • Развитие продаж на территории региона.
  • Управление дистрибьюторской сетью (переговоры с партнерами, поддержка). Поиск новых партнеров.
  • Развитие потенциальных каналов продаж.
  • Выполнение планов по продажам на территории.
  • Разработка стратегии развития компании на вверенной территории. Подготовка долгосрочного бизнес плана развития.
  • Подготовка сплита маркетинговых инвестиций на вверенной территории.
  • Обеспечение целевого использования финансовых ресурсов, предоставленных для работы в регионе.
  • Подготавливать и представляет отчеты руководству о результатах своей деятельности и деятельности партнеров, результатах развития региона и состоянии рынка, деятельности конкурентов, маркетингового изучения рынка, расходовании бюджета маркетинговых инвестиций и инвестиций иного рода, другие виды отчетности, запрашиваемые центральным офисом.
  • Обеспечивать реализацию рекламных кампаний по продвижению товаров (услуг, работ) в регионе, реализацию PR-кампаний по формированию благоприятного имиджа предприятия в регионе с учетом местной специфики, организует представление товаров (услуг, работ) на региональных выставках, ярмарках.
  • Представлять и защищать интересы компании в регионе.
Требования:
  • Высшее образование (экономическое, управленческое) либо дополнительная подготовка в области менеджмента/маркетинга.
  • Опыт работы в торговом менеджменте не менее 3 лет.
  • Опыт управления дистрибьюторской сетью от 3 лет.
  • Понимание рыночной экономики, предпринимательства и основ ведения бизнеса.
  • Знание регионального рынка смазочных материалов и/или автозапчастей, его специфики и конъюнктуры.
  • Знание основ маркетинга: концепции, инструментов и методов исследования рынка.
  • Развитые навыки продаж и переговоров, понимание психологии продаж.
  • Опыт разработки бизнес-планов, коммерческих условий, договоров и соглашений.
  • Навыки делового общения и ведения переговоров, знание делового этикета.
  • Опыт управления региональным офисом будет преимуществом.
  • Практический опыт работы «в полях» (менеджер по продажам / торговый представитель).
  • Умение эффективно работать в команде.
  • Высокая степень ответственности, ориентация на результат, проактивность.
  • Уровень английского языка - не ниже Intermediate.
