Күн сайынғы міндеттеріңіз:
 
  • Қаржылық есептілікті бақылау, келісімшартты растау, PR/PO беру, жеткізушілердің алдын ала құжаттарын қарау, нормативтік талаптарға сәйкестік, тәуекелдерді басқару;
  • Бюджеттеу, қаржылық жоспарлау;
  • Ағымдағы және жоспарланған сату нүктелерінің тиімділігін талдау және тұтынушыларды белсендіру қызметі; 
  • Ел/қала/орналасқан жері бойынша арналық сатуды талдау;
  • Ағымдағы және жоспарланған сату нүктелерінің тиімділігін талдау негізінде презентациялар жасау және т.б.;
  • Жаһандық топ үшін сату нүктелерінің ашылу және жабылу нысандарын дайындау;
  • Деректерді талдау (PMK, серіктестер); 
  • Шешім қабылдау, теорияны тексеру (FFWD жобаларын қоса алғанда) және талдау үшін қажетті есептерді әзірлеу; 
  • Есептерге негізделген аналитика дайындау.

 

Бізге кім керек: 

  • Жоғары білім; 
  • Қаржы/аналитика саласындағы тәжірибе;
  • FMCG секторындағы тәжірибе артықшылық болып табылады;
  • MS Office бағдарламасының озық пайдаланушысы (Excell, Word, PowerPoint және т.б.);
  • Power BI бағдарламасын жетік меңгеру;
  • Ағылшын тілін орта деңгейден жоғары білу.

Что нужно знать перед подачей заявки

Ваши повседневные обязанности: 
  • Контроль финансовой отчетности, валидация договоров, выпуск PR/PO, проверка превичных документов от поставщиков, соблюдение нормативов, управление рисками;
  • Бюджетирование, финансовое планирование;
  • Анализ эффективности текущих и запланированных точек продаж и мероприятий по активации потребителей;
  • Анализ продаж каналов в разрезе страны/городов/точек;
  • Формирование презентаций на основе анализа эффектинвости текущих и планиуремых точек продаж и т.д.;
  • Подготовка форм открытия и закрытия точек продаж для глобальной команды;
  • Анализ данных (PMK, партнеры);
  • Разработка отчетности, необходимой для принятия решений, проверки теории (включая проекты FFWD) и анализа;
  • Подготовка аналитики на основе отчетов.

 

Кто нам нужен:

  • Высшее образование;
  • Опыт работы в финансах/аналитике;
  • Опыт работы в секторе товаров повседневного спроса будет преимуществом;
  • Продвинутый пользователь MS Office(Excell, Word, Power Point etc.);
  • Знание Power BI;
  • Владение английским языком на уровне выше среднего.
