Who will you be working with?

You will work as part of a cross‑functional team, collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Reliability Engineering, Services, and other business stakeholders. The role requires regular communication with the business unit, your direct team, supervisor, and customers to support quality initiatives and ensure alignment with operational and customer requirements.

How will you make a difference?

As a Lead Quality Specialist you will contribute to identifying, analyzing, and implementing focused product and process improvements. You will support quality system compliance, lead and participate in audits, and ensure production and service processes meet applicable specifications and regulatory requirements. Through close collaboration with internal teams and customers, you will help resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering and/or Continuous Maintenance Support
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ISO / AAR standards, ENR local regulatory requirements, quality procedures, and audit techniques
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently, and a customer‑focused mindset
• Legal authorization in Kazakhstan is required

What will your typical day look like?

• Utilizing Business Process Management Systems to support quality activities
• Implementing process mapping to drive quality and operational improvements
• Standardizing processes, tools, and performance management systems
• Resolving problems using acquired technical and quality expertise
• Communicating effectively with the direct team, supervisor, and customers
• Presenting metrics and project status to internal teams
• Ensuring plant production processes comply with relevant specifications and standards
• Identifying process risks and executing process audits
• Leading responsiveness to customer quality issues
