At Evido, our volume of work with large clients, agencies, and international platforms is growing, so we are strengthening our team and looking for someone to lead our global client function.
This role is for someone who values structure, performance marketing, and operations, and knows how to build strong partnerships with major global platforms and other ecosystems.
Our client function includes:
CSM — managing key clients, day-to-day communication, and project management.
Support — operational assistance, fast responses, problem-solving, and maintaining a high level of service.
Special Projects — non-standard launches, tests, integrations, and cross-team initiatives.
Platform Partnerships — working with Meta, TikTok, Google, and others; participating in programs, negotiating partnership terms, and running joint initiatives.
Our teams are distributed across different countries, but we hold regular syncs and team meetings. We are building a flexible client system and place strong emphasis on team growth and development.
Each client function has its own leads, and the Head of Client Team works closely with them while also maintaining strategic partnerships with platforms.
You will report directly to the CEO (business owner).
1. Lead the Entire Client Function
— Build processes, distribute workload, and develop managers.
— Create a structure that supports scalable growth.
— Set quality and speed standards.
— Develop teams across different regions, from Central Asia and MENA to Africa.
2. Develop Platform Partnerships
— Meta, TikTok, Google, Telegram, Snapchat, DV360, X, and others.
— Joint activities, betas, and team training.
— Secure access to data, tools, and knowledge that benefit clients and the product.
3. Build the Team’s Operating System
— Metrics, planning, and forecasting.
— Define and manage team KPIs.
— Improve processes together with Product, Business Development, and Marketing teams.
— Participate in strategic discussions and key decision-making related to business growth and development.
— A strong operational leader with experience managing client/account teams in digital, performance marketing, or Adtech.
— Someone who understands Meta / TikTok / Google Ads ecosystems.
— Able to manage a complex system: people, clients, processes, and platforms.
— Proactive, mature, and comfortable with responsibility and growth.
— Experienced in scaling teams significantly.
— Fluent in English (we use English both internally and with external partners).
— Ready to work remotely in the GMT+3 time zone.
— Located outside of Russia.
— Cyprus, Dubai, or CIS location would be a plus.
— Fully remote role: you can visit our offices in countries where we operate, but we are a remote-first team.
