Head of Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards) – Central Asia & Caucasus

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional total rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead design and management of compensation, benefits, variable pay and executive programs.
Ensure competitiveness through market benchmarking and salary surveys.
Oversee HR cost planning, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
Design recognition programs to boost engagement and retention.
Partner with HR and business leaders to integrate total rewards into broader strategies.
Communicate total rewards initiatives clearly to employees and management.
