Responsibilities
Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple roles and departments.
Actively source and screen candidates using various channels (job boards, databases, referrals, social media, etc.).
Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure role fit and basic qualification.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers throughout the end-to-end hiring process.
Maintain and manage large candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Participate in additional HR projects and operational recruitment initiatives as needed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Proven experience in mass / high-volume recruitment.
Ability to work with tight deadlines and high hiring targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confident user of multiple sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience with ATS systems is a plus.
