Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of photos submitted by Sales Team on a daily basis
• Examine visual evidence to verify compliance with predefined criteria and guidelines
• Identify discrepancies, issues, or non-compliance with execution standards and report them accurately
• Collaborate with the execution team to provide feedback and guidance for improvement
• Prepare periodic report of inspection findings and communicate results to relevant stakeholders
• Assist in developing and refining inspection processes and criteria to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Perform offline field inspections, which will account for approximately 10% of your time, to ensure on-ground compliance.

Requirements:

• High attention to detail and a keen eye for visual accuracy
• Strong organizational skills to manage and document audit results effectively
• Good communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback
• Ability to work independently and meet daily audit targets
• Familiarity with FMCG or retail industry is a plus

• University graduate (marketing, audit, business-related majors)

• Upper-intermediate level in English
