We are a stable and established ecommerce business in the dental supply industry. We are looking for a commercially minded professional who can take ownership of our online store performance ( thi is similar too shopify store) — improving pricing strategy, product listings, and promotional initiatives while monitoring competitor activity.
This is not a startup role. We need someone structured, analytical, and proactive who can consistently optimize and refine what already works.
Monitor competitors regularly and analyze pricing strategies
Create and implement promotional deals, bundles, and special offers
Improve product listings (descriptions, structure, positioning). We need hands on experience!
Identify opportunities for better product presentation and catalog organization
Suggest practical ideas to increase average order value and sales
Track pricing trends within the dental/medical supply market
Provide structured weekly reports on actions taken and insights gathered
Proven experience managing an ecommerce store (Shopify or similar platform is a must)
Experience with pricing strategy and competitor analysis
Strong analytical mindset
Ability to independently propose and execute commercial ideas
Organized and structured in reporting
Medical, dental, or related industry experience is a strong plus

Please note- salary is a subject to negotiation. Also you will need time to time have a coordination calls in the evening. e need to brush up the website rn, this requiere some more time for now, after that we want some part time involvment to manage it all
