Какие задачи предстоят:

  • Полная ответственность за жизненный цикл тикетов: соблюдение SLA, эскалации

  • Диагностика сложных технических проблем в экосистеме (установки, обновления, контент, воспроизведение)

  • Выявление и воспроизведение багов, подготовка четких репортов для команд разработки

  • Тесная работа с разработчиками и аудио-инженерами по приоритетным инцидентам

  • Анализ системных логов и поиск первопричин сбоев

  • Обработка возвратов и платежных запросов

  • График работы: 10:00 – 18:00 (GMT+3), 5/2 с гибкими выходными — график согласуется внутри команды.

Что мы ждем от тебя:

  • 2+ года в технической поддержке (SaaS / music tech / VST)

  • Уверенный troubleshooting в macOS и Windows

  • Опыт работы с высокой нагрузкой (1 500+ тикетов/мес)

  • Способность объяснять сложные технические решения простым языком

  • Английский C1+

Желательно:

  • Музыкальное образование (музыкальный бекграунд или умение играть на каком-либо инструменте)

  • Опыт работы с аудио- или нотным ПО

  • Умение читать логи и отличать пользовательские ошибки от багов
