Who will you be working with?
You’ll collaborate with a global team of service professionals, engineers, and customer success managers to deliver high‑impact solutions across diverse rail markets. This includes working closely with experts in vision and acoustic monitoring systems, networking infrastructure, mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as other technical teams dedicated to ensuring system reliability and customer success.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Global Service organization, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships and delivering high‑quality service outcomes across international markets.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring smooth service delivery, strong communication, and proactive issue resolution.
In this role, you will lead cross‑functional efforts to develop and execute service strategies tailored to regional requirements, while managing performance metrics, SLAs, and contract commitments.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, digital transformation opportunities, and operational excellence across your customer portfolio.
