Казахстанский офис международной юридической фирмы "REVERA" приглашает на работу Legal Secretary


Приглашаем Вас стать частью нашей международной команды!

Обязанности:

  • Прием телефонных звонков, входящих писем и в мессенджеры, формирование лидов в СRМ системе, переадресация запросов и отзывов клиентов о получении их запроса.
  • Контроль за техническим, хозяйственным оснащением офиса, проведение процедуры закупки
  • Хранение, учет всех входящих и исходящих документов, отслеживание статуса документов. Работа с бухгалтером
  • Помощь в ведении кадрового делопроизводства: приказы, заполнение личных дел, трудовых книжек, стажировок и т.д.
  • Переводы с/на английский, русский (например, презентаций, маркетинговых материалов)
  • Адаптация вновь пришедших сотрудников.

Требования:

  • Высшее образование (не обязательно юридическое)
  • Опыт работы в рекрутинге/HR будет преимуществом
  • Уровень английского языка не ниже Intermediate
  • Грамотная письменная и устная речь
  • Знание Microsft Word, Excel, Power Point. Умение формировать документы
  • Взаимное уважение, внимательность, ответственность
  • Умение работать в высоком темпе и в режиме многозадачности.
