Our Requirements:
Higher legal education
LLM degree (preferred)
Knowledge of labor, civil, tax, and administrative law, business communication ethics, and occupational health and safety rules and regulations
Key personal qualities: initiative, punctuality, reliability, and dedication to clients’ interests
Fluent in Russian and English
Your Responsibilities:
Legal support of clients’ activities in corporate law and related areas
Protection of clients’ interests in courts and representation before government authorities (including law enforcement agencies)
Consulting clients on various areas of law
Analysis and legal expertise of contracts, protocols of disagreement to contracts
Drafting contracts, agreements, letters, and other legal documents
