Your Mission:
As a Senior Recruiter at Elesta, you will be responsible for managing and scaling recruitment processes while maintaining a high bar for talent and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership
- Recruit for a wide range of positions (operations, corporate, support, senior roles, and niche positions)
- Proactively source top-tier candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines
- Lead complex and senior-level hires independently
- Ensure a consistently excellent candidate experience
- Improve and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and workflows
- Contribute to employer branding and hiring strategy discussions

Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Senior Recruiter
- Proven track record of closing roles across different functions and levels
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of recruitment outcomes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian
- Experience working with international or remote teams
- Strong sourcing expertise and market awareness
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
