We are looking for a Billing Manager to oversee the full-cycle billing process. This role involves managing internal communication, working with contractual agreements, verifying data in internal systems, handling client billing matters, and performing reconciliations. The Billing Manager will also participate in the annual audit of financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices and submit payments to the accounting system
• Perform reconciliations with clients
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements
• Participate in Month-End Close procedures
• Assist in annual financial statement audits
• Collaborate with production, legal, and other internal departments
• Work with supporting documentation
• Address billing-related inquiries
• Maintain a client-oriented approach in all communications

• Familiarity with billing processes and documentation
• Ability to work with internal systems and verify data accuracy
• Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines
