Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring effective organization of operational activities
Monitoring On-Time Performance (OTP)
Coordination of interaction among airport services
Control of productivity and quality of process execution
Operational management and resolution of non-standard situations
Compliance with regulations and standards: monitoring compliance with internal procedures, process maps, and regulatory requirements; participating in the development and updating of operational instructions.
Ensuring confidentiality of transmitted information
A secondary specialized or higher education
At least three years of work experience in an airport dispatch/operations service
Possess knowledge of human factors, strong interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities
Have proficient oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in the state language, Russian, and English to the extent required for the performance of official duties
Possess computer literacy
shall be knowledgeable of: the organizational structure of JSC “MAA”; the specialization of services, groups, units, and the operational interrelations between them; aircraft turnaround processes, including pre-departure preparation and post-arrival servicing; ecution; safety regulations, industrial safety, workplace sanitation, and fire safety rules; the Company’s policy in the field of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
