Oversee HR administration operations supporting 3 manufacturing plants with frontline employees working in shift schedules and under summarized working time accounting.
Drive cross-regional projects focused on implementing global HR platforms and systems, automating HR services, and integrating electronic document workflow solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure continuous improvement of service quality by maintaining accurate, timely, and high-standard HR data that supports business KPIs and performance metrics.
Initiate and lead efforts to simplify, standardize, and optimize HR processes, policies, and service delivery models across all markets.
Develop intuitive tools, mechanisms, and communication strategies to enhance HR service navigation and improve the user experience for employees, managers, and stakeholders.
Establish robust tools and methodologies to secure timely and accurate internal and external reporting across all countries.
Build a strong foundation for successful completion of internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance checks.

English – Upper Intermediate.
Higher education; HR, Legal, or Document Management preferred.
Minimum 1 year of team management experience (including management of distributed, multi-country teams).
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Administration.

Experience supporting multi-country operations and working across different time zones is an advantage.
