A successful real estate agency based in the prestigious Dubai Hills area is expanding its operations. With a team of over 90 professionals, we continue to grow and are now looking for an experienced and result-driven Call Center Managerto lead and develop our customer service and lead qualification department.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the call center team.
Ensure all incoming leads and calls are handled promptly and professionally.
Train, motivate, and support call center operators to achieve performance targets.
Monitor quality of communication and client satisfaction levels.
Analyze KPIs, conversion rates, and team performance; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Optimize internal processes and scripts to increase lead conversion efficiency.
Collaborate with the Sales and HR departments to improve recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Call Center Supervisor / Manager, preferably in real estate or sales-oriented industries.
Fluency in English and Russian (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, motivating atmosphere.
Conditions:
Work schedule: 5 days a week (5/2).
