Тренер по Soft Skills и Business English (корпоративное обучение)
Мы ищем энергичного и вовлечённого тренера по soft skills и английскому языку для корпоративного обучения. Мы работаем с крупными компаниями и реализуем программы, ориентированные на реальные бизнес-задачи: эффективная коммуникация, деловые переговоры, презентации, командное взаимодействие и профессиональный английский в сфере финансов.

Нам важен практик с опытом корпоративного преподавания Business English, который уверенно чувствует себя в финансовом контексте и понимает, как говорят и думают сотрудники крупных компаний. Вы будете проводить тренинги и курсы для взрослых специалистов, адаптируя содержание под цели бизнеса и уровень участников.

Мы ищем человека, которому интересно создавать и предлагать новые форматы обучения: интерактивные сессии, кейсы, ролевые игры, симуляции, blended-подходы. Для нас важно не просто «вести занятия», а вовлекать, вдохновлять и давать участникам ощутимый результат.
Требования к кандидату:
• Опыт работы тренером / преподавателем английского языка и soft skills в корпоративном обучении.
• Практический опыт преподавания Business English.
• Уверенное владение английским языком в деловом и финансовом контексте.
• Понимание специфики обучения взрослых и корпоративной среды.
• Умение адаптировать программы и материалы под цели компании и уровень участников.
• Креативное мышление, наличие идей по форматам и инструментам обучения.
• Энергичность, вовлечённость, интерес к развитию участников.
• Развитые коммуникативные и презентационные навыки.
• Ответственность и ориентация на результат.
