We are looking for a highly motivated Functional Consultant with expertise in D365 Business Central to join our dynamic team. As a Functional Consultant, you will be the trusted expert for our customers responsible for analyzing clients business needs, implementation, and collaboration with other involved team members.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer business processes and offer an optimal solution using D365 Business Central
• Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Develop and support project documentation including the requirements for solution customization
• Collaborate with developers to implement requirements and resolve issues
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of the system
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and objectives
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the pre-sale process
• Undertake presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, and assist with the closure of new sales

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with MS Business Central
• Proven track record of successful Business Central implementations
• Experience in data migration
• Highly organized and able to work independently without detailed guidance
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Pre-sales experience
• Experience in international B2B negotiations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a technical team
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.

• Experience with other ERP systems
• MS Dynamics certifications
• Knowledge and experience in promoting Business Central solutions
