About the role

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Oversee our forecasting and planning cycle, ensuring our operations hinge on reliable financial data.
- Provide pivotal insights and comprehensive reports that support strategic decisions.
- Uphold the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting.
- Craft and communicate recommendations influencing the future direction of our finance operations.
- Lead and collaborate with finance teams to foster continuous improvement in our financial processes.

The experience we're looking for

- You are financially qualified, bringing a solid foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
- A proven track record in forecasting, planning, and financial analysis.
- Prior experience in FP & A, coupled with a grasp of commercial finance.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to mentor and manage a team of finance professionals.
- An approachable influencer, skilled in engaging and aligning stakeholders around data-driven decisions.
