Junior Accountant (JA)

Temporary – Maternity Replacement

Service Contract

Under guidelines of Chief Financial Officer performs the Junior Accountant responsibilities within the Finance Office.

2. Reporting

The JA reports to the Chief Finance Officer.

3. Duties (Principle Accountabilities)

• In coordination with the Chief Financial Officer carry out the financial operations of ISTC programs and projects related to Grants, travel requests, Account payables, Various reconciliations.
• Prepare the financial reporting on a monthly/quarterly/ annual basis in accordance with the ISTC’s internal policies and procedures and international accounting standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.

4. Authority

The JA works under the authority of the Chief Financial Officer.

5. Qualification Requirements

• Higher Education – Finance Accounting - 1-2 years of Accounting experience;
• Detailed oriented and well organized;
• Ability to manage multi task;
• Working English and advance computer/office skills;
