Your day-to-day:

• Providing comprehensive support to the relevant directors in secretarial and administrative services, including:
• Managing documentation and handling incoming correspondence;
• Organizing travel arrangements and processing necessary documents;
• Assisting in the preparation and execution of meetings and gatherings;
• Supporting the document accounting and storage system;
• Tracking working hours;
• Participating in projects.

Who we're looking for:

• Higher education;
• Proficiency in English language;
• At least 3 years of overall work experience; experience in a similar position is an advantage;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in the full MS Office suite at an advanced user level.
